7. Prohibited Activities

Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Create offensive or inappropriate wager descriptions
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
Use automated tools or bots
Engage in money laundering or fraudulent activities

8. Account Termination

Upon termination, access to credits and account data will be lost without compensation.

Our total liability to you for any claims related to Wagr shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
